• Cut and laminate all the pieces you plan to use (I focused on just the days of the week).
  • Glue the title (with the blue outline) and the today/yesterday and tomorrow large sheets (the large pieces with the yellow, green and red outlines on your poster board.
  • Put the same side of velcro on each of the day sheets as well as 7 on the poster board.
  • Then put the opposite side on the backside of all the days.

Let them answer in whatever language and then positively reinforce the Arabic.

The yellow sheet says: al-yome hoo-wa…  – Today is . . .

The red sheet says:  “am-see kaan…”, or you can say “em-berr-iH kaan…” – Yesterday was . . .

The green sheet says:  “gha-daan see-koon…” – Tomorrow will be… or you can say “Book-ra hoo-wa…” Tomorrow is…

Let the child add and remove the velcro pieces.
