Join us in class to make kobez arabi (fresh made pita bread) that you’ll use for baked arayes (seasoned ground meat and pomegranate molasses in a crispy pita pockets); laban bil na’na (mint yogurt sauce); mshaat with tatbeeleh (fried cauliflower and herb fritters); and shorabet freekeh bil krema (creamy freekeh\, corn\, and herb soup). \nPlease note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions\, but many cannot. If you’re vegetarian\, pescatarian\, or gluten-free\, you can use the drop-down menu on our events page to view the best classes to fit your needs.
