DESCRIPTION:Please join Dunya Productions and Nadia Tommalieh on Tuesday\, March 15th 6:00-7:30pm PST\, for this hands-on online cooking class as Nadia walks you through step by step on how to make Kofta bil Tahini (lamb & beef meatballs with potato wedges baked in citrusy tahini and yogurt sauce)\, Roz Bi she’airyeh (vermicelli rice pilaf cooked in extra virgin olive oil)\, and Palestinian Farmer’s salad (Tomato\, cucumber\, herbs & sumac with lemon and olive oil dressing).
