DESCRIPTION:NAILA and  the UPRISING \nThe remarkable journey of Naila Ayesh is documented here. She must choose between love\, family and freedom – and chooses all three. She leads a clandestine movement of Palestinian women who play a pivotal role in the First Intifada. They forge a vibrant\, non-violent mobilization of Palestinians that continues to this day. \nRamzy Baroud will be our speaker. \nThe Mideast Focus Ministry will offer its sixth series of films to promote understanding of the situation in Palestine. Our theme this year is “Finding Home”. We will consider various aspects of being a refugee\, in Palestine\, as well as many other places in this 21st century world. We hope to understand more about the experiences of refugees who seek to make a safe home for their families. \n
