Unshakably steadfast. \nSAVE THE DATE:\nFalasteen in the Valley: A Benefit Festival | Oct 24-25 | Leavenworth\, WA \nLast year\, hundreds gathered with us in solidarity in Leavenworth and raised over $7\,000. This year\, we rise even higher. \nThis year we are thrilled to partner with @yahalaseattle and @palestineforeverfest – Ya Hala will be hosting a special community space at the festival to foster an intimate and familiar sense of home for those who know Palestine and the Levant. It is a new and engaging experience for those less familiar\, and all are welcome. \nJoin us Oct. 24-25 in Leavenworth\, WA for a weekend of music\, dance\, poetry\, and art that turns cultural expression into defiance\, resistance\, and resilience. \nFriday: Festival kick-off headline concert by @ramzi_aburedwan & Dalouna Ensemble w/@adwanmoneim + guest performance by @hanadykader \nSaturday: Dabke\, poetry\, global + local musicians\, and a headline performance by oud virtuoso @clarissabitar \nWhy come? \nBecause art is resistance.
