Join local chef Ifrah Ahmed in class\, where she will teach you about the cuisine of Somalia and how to make some of her favorite classic dishes. On the menu: suqaar digaag (spiced chicken and pepper saute); bariis (Somali rice); sambuus (fried triangular dumplings filled with beef and vegetables); and basbaas (Somali-style hot sauce).
