Whether you’re cooking for a crowd or preparing a weeknight dinner\, she’ll give you the confidence to make classic dishes embedded with the story of their terroir. On the menu: lemony lentil soup; fattet beitinjan (roasted eggplant with minced lamb and citrus yogurt sauce); Palestinian spoon salad; and hareeseh (semolina cake with rose syrup). \nPlease note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions\, but many cannot.
