On the menu: fattet hummus bil lahmeh (layered dish of brothy chickpeas\, seasoned lamb\, toasted pita\, and tahini yogurt sauce); kibbet batata bil lahmeh (fried potato and bulgur wheat “kibbeh” stuffed with caramelized onions and minced lamb)\, salatah arabia (Arab-style salad with cucumbers\, tomatoes\, radishes\, and mint in citrus olive oil dressing)\, and housset silik bil zeit (Swiss chard and olive oil stew with pomegranate molasses).
