You will learn how to make: Rummaniya (lentil\, eggplant and pomegranate molasses stew); Salata bi T’heeniyeh (vegetable and tahini salad); homemade khobez (the perfect soft and puffy pocket pita bread) and Namoura (semolina and coconut cake with orange blossom water syrup). \n\nClass is limited to 12 people and is hands-on.
