She has worked in dairy farms in France\, Ireland\, and Italy\, and she developed the Hand-Stretched Mozzarella program at Metropolitan Market. Join Meghan as we explore the wonderful world of homemade cheese. In this hands-on class you will get to make halloumi from start to finish! \nClass is limited to 12 students. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
