Perfect as an everyday treat with coffee or tea\, these cookies might also become a staple of your holiday table for years to come.\n\nIn this hands-on class\, you will learn how to make traditional Ka’ak Asawer (Palestinian-stuffed date cookies that are kneaded in olive oil and seasoned with cardamom and anise seeds); Ghraybeh (shortbread cookies with orange blossom water); and Barazek (roasted sesame and pistachio thins infused with mastic). \nClass is limited to 11 people and is hands-on. Includes generous samples of cookies prepared in class (with enough to bring home!)\, plus a light snack\, coffee or tea.\n\nStudents will be required to wear masks during the non-eating portions of class. Please note that event registration is non-refundable.
