Last time we explored European Pastry\, so for this edition of GBLBO\, we are doing Middle Eastern and Indian-Inspired Bakes. \nExplore a new world of sweets with Middle Eastern and Indian desserts: if you’re looking for ideas\, we’ve got books to inspire you like Greg and Lucy Malouf’s Suqar\, Chetna Makan’s The Cardamom Trail\, Golden from Honey & Co.\, Milk & Cardamom by Hetal Vasavada\, and many more. \nHere’s how it works for bakers: Choose a Middle Eastern or Indian dessert\, and email abby@booklarder.com (do not buy a ticket!) letting us know you want to participate (and we’ll follow up with more details).
