She will be joined in conversation by writer\, creative director\, and cook Ifrah F. Ahmed. \n— \nIfrah F. Ahmed is a writer\, creative director\, and cook. She co-founded and edits the pioneering Somali arts and culture publication ARAWEELO. Ifrah is also the founder of Milk & Myrrh\, a Somali culinary pop-up experience. She has been featured in the New York Times\, Teen Vogue\, and NYLON. Her writing and recipes have most recently appeared in the LA Times and Whetstone Magazine. Originally born in the beautiful coastal city of Mogadishu\, Somalia she now splits her time between Brooklyn and Seattle.
