DESCRIPTION:Join Wafa Ghnaim\, author of Tatreez & Tea for a free online tatreez class.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\nArtist\, author\, and instructor Wafa Ghnaim (@tatreezandtea) will be hosting a free online tatreez class for the Museum of the Palestinian People\, in commemoration of 1-year since our landmark grand opening in the heart of Washington\, DC. \nWafa will be teaching an iteration of the Tree of Life\, a traditional Palestinian motif that was stitched universally by Palestinians for generations. \nPrepare for the class by watching the introductory video and purchasing Aida cloth supplies here: tatreezandtea.com/online-classes. \nPatterns are released 24 hours ahead of class for free\, and Wafa will email you when she releases it at tatreezandtea.com/shop. \nDonations are welcome: Thanks to supporters\, we are able to host weekly events on Palestinian culture\, history and heritage.
