DESCRIPTION:Circle Mirror Transformation is a case study of strangers willing to take a chance and open themselves to the revelations\, indignities\, hilarity\, and heartbreak of an amateur acting class in a community center classroom. In doing so\, they transform the space into the anti-Zoom room; it becomes a quietly poignant reminder of the power of being present with one another\, a reflection of the stories we share through the silliness and the silences\, an open invitation to partake in the transformative and sublime power of play. \nCircle Mirror Transformation premiered at Playwrights Horizons in October 2009.
