On the menu: lahmet kharouf bi dips el romman (slow-cooked lamb shanks with pomegranate molasses and herbs) served on top of ouzi rice (seasoned basmati rice\, roasted vegetables\, and fried nuts); fattoush betinjan (roasted eggplant fattoush salad); labneh bil joz ((labneh\, walnuts\, and onion dip); and warbat bil qashta (creamy filo parcels with orange blossom syrup and pistachio). \nPlease note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions\, but many cannot.
