They’ll learn to create different flavor profiles that define these diverse cuisines and try their hand at the unique preparations found around the world. \n\nDay 1: Pakistan: Biryani; Apple Mint Chutney; Raita\nDay 2: Morocco: Tagine with Yellow Rice\nDay 3: France: Croque Monsieur\nDay 4: Lebanon: Lebanese Lentils; Zaatar Spiced Flatbread; Hummus\nDay 5: Thailand: Fresh Rolls with Soy Dipping Sauce; Coconut-Mango Pudding\n\nCLASS NOTES\nThis is a kids hands-on cook-along camp offered live via Zoom.
