Hummus ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of tahini
Pinch of salt

Tabouleh ingredients:
2 parsley bunches
3 medium tomato
1/4 cup chopped green onion or TBSP regular onion
Salt to taste
2 tbsp bulgar wheat
Juices of 2 lemons
Tools:
Sharp chopping knife
Medium bowl
