This winter/spring 2023: Over the course of 3 workshops (+1 workshop/performance day), participants (ages 10-17) will write monologues about their own lived experiences, thinking about how family, culture, diaspora, art, and other foundational touch points inform and shape their identities. Participants will work in community with other Palestinian youth to rehearse, edit, and present their monologues in a culminating final performance.
The youth will work with a facilitator out of California named Marina Berginstock. While she will engage in conversations about all aspects of identity, the participants are in charge of what they want to write about and what aspect of their own identity they’re most interested in exploring.
for 10-15 participants, ages 10-17 years old

(1st) Virtual meetup for all – for 2 hours – the weekend of March 2nd
