You’ll enjoy it with salatet khodar w t’heeniyeh (tomato, herb, and tahini salad); qalayet bandora (spicy tomato, garlic and herb stir fry); and finish the meal with freshly made knafeh nabulsiya (shredded fine angel hair dough stuffed with sweet cheese and sweetened with orange water syrup and topped with crushed pistachio.
