MIDWINTER BREAK CAMP: PCC BAKING ACADEMY
DESCRIPTION
Ages 8 to 12, kids only.
Kids will bake their way around the world exploring global flavors and techniques in our new Midwinter Break baking camp! Students will explore the essentials of pastry-making and develop the building blocks for a lifetime of scratch-made sweets. Each budding baker will have plenty of opportunity to craft their own creative bakes and hone their skills.
DIETARY NOTES: Vegetarian with dairy, eggs and optional meat.
CLASS NOTES: Drop-off class; kids only.
