Mideast Focus Film Series 2019 – Wajib

WAJIB 

Palestinian architect Shadi, living in Rome, returns home to Nazareth to help his father deliver his sister’s wedding invitations. As they two men try to bridge the gap between their different lives, they rediscover the importance of finding “home” and community.

The Mideast Focus Ministry will offer its sixth series of films to promote understanding of the situation in Palestine. Our theme this year is “Finding Home”. We will consider various aspects of being a refugee, in Palestine, as well as many other places in this 21st century world. We hope to understand more about the experiences of refugees who seek to make a safe home for their families.
