Start with a question . . .
”Keef bi-rooH? - How do I go?
And pretend to be confused...
”Shrugs?
Answers in English?
Looks at you blankly?
Be ready for and OK with any response
Repeat by sandwiching your sentence with arabic/english/arabic again or give option answers
”Give options:
da-gha-ree? straight?
wull-lah ya-meen? or right?
wull-lah shmayl? or left?
using your hands to motion the directions
