Brick and Mortar is excited to announce an in-conversation with two fantastic YA fantasy authors: Django Wexler and Somaiya Daud!
Somaiya Daud’s debut Mirage is one of our all-time favorite young adult fantasy novels. With a setting inspired by Morocco and in space, questions about identity and history, and a brewing rebellion, this gorgeous book is not one to miss.
The event will also coincide with the release of Django Wexler’s new epic Wells of Sorcery trilogy launch with Ship of Smoke and Steel!
Django Wexler is the author of the completed Shadow Campaigns military fantasy series for adults and the Forbidden Library series for middle readers, and his new YA is just as epic as his work is known to be. It’s a fast-paced, high-stakes story in an inventive world full of action and fantastic character relationships.
We can’t wait to hear what these two authors have to say about fantastic worlds, stories of epic stakes and compassion, and powerful women. We hope you can join us!
