John Halaka will discuss artwork selected from the projects Faces from Erased Places, and Ghosts of Presence/Bodies of Absence. Both of these projects are informed by personal stories of displacement, survival and resistance that he recorded with Palestinian refugees living in the diaspora, as well as in historical Palestine.
