Spinning with SOUK — an immersive night of Arab-inspired rhythms, henna, and sips.
We’re so excited to be partnering with our friends at @openform__space. SOUK and Open Form share a love for creating spaces rooted in culture, community, and art — and we can’t wait to celebrate that together with you.
🎧 Featuring @azmito on vinyl + digital, a Syrian-American DJ and producer with a global sensibility and a gift for fluid, groove-driven storytelling. With roots stretching through Morocco, France, LA, and NYC, his eclectic sets weave funky, house and disco grooves, echoing a mix of contemporary and vintage rhythms reminiscent of the Arab oldies that were always playing.
🪬Henna artistry by @zaharabibi.henna a Yemeni-American artist who honors tradition through her work — inspired by the stains worn by her great-grandmothers and sharing this ritual with guests.
🍷Our friends at Open Form will showcase a selection of Levantine wines, Persian tea service, and small bites on the menu!
