Hello! Thanks for visiting ArabishWay! We would love to keep you posted on the latest happenings. Click on one of our current newsletters below to subscribe. We promise not to email from any one list more than once a month!
Join our first ever Seattle SWANA Stitching circle
Are you working on, curious about, or interested in participating in your SWANA (Southwest Asia and North Africa) region craft? (Palestinian Tatreez, Egyptian Khayamiya, Armenian Janyak, and any others!)
Are you looking for like-minded folk where you can share all parts of who you are, in an inclusive space?
Bring any SWANA region craft you’re working on and join us for an afternoon to craft, share food and beverages and build SWANA community, village style. Bring a story to share!
Don’t have a craft you are working on but are curious/ interested? Come anyway – while this is not a teaching space, we will help each other along – no matter the place we are in our craft journey.
Details of our first gathering:
Date: Sunday, November 5th
Time: 2 – 5 pm
Location: Provided upon RSVP
Food: Potluck style!
Contact hala.saleh@gmail.com to RSVP and get location details.
This event is co-organized by Hala Saleh and Milla Prince, who are Palestinian Tatreez artists living in the Northwest.
