Cherry Street Village’s Summer 2023 Clean Up and Potluck event

Our beloved iconic CD building is well-loved but needs a thorough cleaning and rehab!

We invite volunteers to come and help with building cleanup: mopping, dusting, and cleaning counters; moving boxes, bookshelves, and other larger objects into place; getting rid of trash; some outdoor weeding and power washing; and helping complete an assessment of some of the larger repairs that will be needed.

There are jobs to suit everyone’s needs and abilities!

Can you lend your time and energy for a couple hours to help with spring cleaning and building community?

We will have all the cleaning supplies and equipment. You just bring yourself!

And please join us if you can stay for our potluck afterward, 5 – 7 pm. Bring a vegetarian dish to share.
