Returning Home – A tribute to Mourid Barghouti on Land Day

In wake of the recent passing of Mourid Barghouti, the PYM is hosting a literary panel inspired by his seminal text “I Saw Ramallah” and other works.
Please join us on the 45th Commemoration of Land Day and upcoming anniversary of the Great March of Return for this special virtual event “Returning Home”, co-sponsored by Palestine Writes and the Radius of Arab American Writers.
The panel will feature Dr. Amanda Batarseh, Dr. Salam Mir and Zaina AlSous, facilitated by Dr. Suja Sawafta, a seated judge for the GK Scholarship and a scholar with focus on the themes of exile, commitment and dissent through the work of Abdul Rahman Munif
